We want you to love your Mitzi lighting; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all fixtures are in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fixture

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
